Six cold rated service lines
ColdBlaze runs the trading side of Liuyang Saihan Electronic Trading Co., Ltd., and our everyday job is to convert a cold weather need into a finished, shippable product. We work across heated apparel, power, sensing and data logging, and the common thread in every project is a plain definition of the cold window the item must survive and perform within. Our suppliers are reviewed on their low temperature wiring, their materials and their willingness to let us audit a cold run before product moves, so the buyer on the far side of the container gets hardware that matches the promise on the box. Every line below can be taken alone or combined into a wider ice season programme.
Warm garments built to last a shift · -20°C rated
We source battery heated vests, jackets, gloves, insoles and blankets whose coil zone layouts are reviewed for where the body actually loses heat. Elements are low voltage, thermo protected and moisture resistant, and each run is matched to a charge architecture that keeps a full day of work warm without a dangerous surface temperature. Retail labelling, sizing tables and packaging readiness are settled before batch production so a distributor can list the range without surprises.
Power that does not quit at zero · -25°C rated
Our battery modules are assembled for a stated low temperature window with matched cell grades, protection circuits and cycle expectations. We engineer the balance between cold holding charge and safe cool weather charging, then confirm discharge behaviour with the client so a vest that must run four hours outside actually does. Capacitor tolerance, connector type and case shape bend to the host product.
Controls that answer in deep frost · -15°C rated
For skis, snowboards, helmets and resort operations we supply touch friendly controls, low temperature tolerant displays and beacon safe layers. Every unit passes a cold function check so buttons stay alive and screens read clearly after a night below freezing. We keep the bill of materials simple to protect reliability and honest short season lead times for the mountain trade.
Early alarm before the freeze bites · -30°C rated
Our temperature, humidity and surface frost sensors give agricultural, facility and rooftop operators the warning they need to protect crops and equipment. Thresholds are assignable, outputs feed existing controllers and fans and pumps, and calibration guidance keeps readings dependable. Each proposal includes the recommended mounting point so the sensor reports real air rather than a heat sink beside it.
Proof the cold lane held all the way · -30°C rated
Single use and rechargable loggers record temperature and humidity the whole journey and hand a clean report to the buyer on arrival. We advise single use export units, returnable fleet totes, cloud visibility and clear transit labelling. Combined with freeze indicators and recall handling, the service protects products such as vaccines, seafood and dairy across every audit.
A coordinated winter catalogue · Seasonal
For retailers that only ski the cold once a year we assemble a full ice season range of apparel, packs and accessories engineered to a single battery and charge family. Cords, connectors and elements harmonize so the customer owns fewer chargers and more working gear. Stock is forecast against the season curve and warehoused to arrive before the actual freeze date a buyer expects.
